Deepak Dongol is a highly accomplished Civil Engineering Director with over 25 years’ experience in civil consulting, construction, and water resources engineering, including stormwater, drainage, flood management, and WSUD. He specialises in detailed design for road, rail, port, and urban infrastructure projects, delivering constructable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Deepak has extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, 2D flood assessment, water quality design, and integrated water cycle management. He excels at leading multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, specifications, and operational requirements.

For this project, Deepak will provide strategic leadership and oversight of detailed drainage design, overland flow management, and the design of outlet culverts, channels, and energy dissipating systems to safely manage supercritical flows, ensuring constructability, compliance, and long-term operational efficiency.
